Professor Arthur Acacia, was caring for his retired Pokémon from battle. He was also feeding all the starter Pokémon. A student was supposed to come get her Pokémon from him since they get transported to the lab from other regions. He got those things all ready then he went back to caring for his Pokémon. His altaria was in her nest high in the air she hated battling so he didn’t make her do that much anymore. And his Glaceon that doesn’t battle either was sleeping under his desk. His hitmonchan was moving things around. He then sat in his filly chair leaning back sighing as he waited.

SKYE F. HANTSON   Skye walked into the Lab to get her Pokémon. She would be able to pick up Dratini and get a new Pokémon. She had missed Dratini for the last couple of hours, they usually were always together. But today, they would get a new friend. The three of them would train together to become the best and Skye couldn't wait! She opened the door and peered inside. A man with purple hair walked around with Pokémon hanging from every corner. He sat down in a chair and looked content, he was waiting for her! This must be Professor Acacia! Skye stepped forward and closed the door behind her. "Hello. Um, Professor Acacia, right? I'm Skye and I think I'm here for my Pokémon?" Ah! What if she had the wrong place or the wrong person? This is what the map said, but you never knew! Professor Acacia |

Soon as he heard her he smiled “don’t worry you have come to the right place I’m Professor Acacia” he smiles as he started juggling a pokeball. “I believe you had a Dratini and came to take another one. I have one I think you might like” he said smiling as he tossed them to her. “Go ahead and open them” he smiled talking in a friendly cheerful voice.

SKYE F. HANTSONSkye let out a small breath of relief. She was in the right place! The Professor tossed her Dratini's Pokeball and inked she released her best friend. Dratini curled up around her feet, coming happily. Then she was tossed another Pokeball. What Pokemon could be inside here? The Professor thought it would be a good match for her. "Thank you."She hesitantly opened the Pokeball and waited for it to come out. Out popped a small white and orange rabbit with large ears and a bushy tail. What Pokemon was this? She racked her brain but couldn't member the name. Regardless, she crouched down and reached her hand out towards the Pokemon. It ignored her hand and spotted Dratini with wide eyes. A loud "Scor!" was heard and the Pokemon raced after Dratini. Dratini shrieked and slithered behind a desk. The Pokemon raced after her and started to chase the frightened Dratini. Skye didn't know what to think. The Pokemon was cute, and it seemed very lively. She could become good friends with it, and maybe it's outgoingness could run off on her. She watched them before turning to Professor Acacia. "What kind of Pokemon is it?"Professor Acacia |

He smiles as he watched the dragon type holding out his hand and putting a bowl of dragon Pokémon food. Hen he smiled at her standing up as she looked at the white bunny. “She is a scorebunny which is a fire type starter from the galar region, they love hoping and kicking stuff with their feet. Their also fast runners. It would be a good idea to have a fire type starter cause your dragon starts weakness is ice. And ice is week to fire types” he smiled as his fire type cam over landing on his arm.
“Besides fire types are awesome just like Canaria here” he smiled at his large Talonflame.

HANTSONSkye watched the Rabbit Pokemon while Dratini rushed towards Professor Acacia and the food bowl.The Pokemon looked disappointed that Dratini wouldn’t play with her and crossed her arms stubbornly. ”Scorbunny, huh?” She had never heard of that in Kalos, but the Professor said it was from Galar. She had only been there once with her family. The Pokémon would definitely fit in well with her team, from what the Professor said. She motioned towards Scorbunny to come to her, and this time Scorbunny obeyed. ”Hi, Scorbunny. I’m Skye and that is Dratini. She is a little shy, but both of us are really excited to get to know you. If you want, of course. She held out her hand and squatted down. Scorbunny smiled at her then gave her a high-five. Skye took this as an acceptance. Professor Acacia |

He smiles “did you know I’m form kalos as well” he smiled as he offered his hand to the dratini Incase she wanted to be pet. “I have quiet a few Pokémon. He smiled when he saw the dratini coming over straight to the food. “Looks like she likes the same dragon Pokémon food that cloud eats” he said referring to the bird that was in its nest. After all alaria was part dragon type. “I can introduce you to my Pokémon then get you some fire Pokémon food for Scorbunny. Then we can get your items and you can nickname scorbunny if you would like” he smiled getting up as he dances over to a self he danced terribly aquwardly.

SKYE F. HANTSONSkye smiled as Dratini warmed up to the professor. The small Dragon Type was usually very shy, but Professor Acacia must be an expert at Pokemon. And the food probably helped. The Professor mentioned he was from Kalos too and Skye felt happy that some around here could understand how she felt. As the purple haired man mentioned some one named Cloud, Skye looked around until she spotted an Altaria roosting on a perch. Acacia told her that he would introduce her to his Pokemon and then she would get her items. He also mentioned a nickname for Scorbunny. She had never nicknamed any of her Pokemon before and she didn't know how she felt about it. Would Scorbunny want a nickname? "Ok. Thank you Professor." Then the Professor did a funny dance and Skye had to smuggle her giggles behind her hand. Professor Acacia |

”Here’s some Pokémon food for you too Scorbunny” he said not wanting to leave her out on having food. He went over to the altaria “Cloud come here for a moment” he said as his male altaria cane down from its perch. “I normally use cloud here for flying around when I need to since, he doesn’t like battling, in fact after he evolved he wouldn’t used any attacking moves unless I was in danger “ he said as he pet the birds cloud like fluff.

[break]Then he noticed his hitmonchan and challenged to an arm resale which it of course wouldn’t do. “This is moxie he’s one of my research assistants that helps me keep the lab organized he is very serious which makes him oftenly get mad at me but oh well that’s ok. Also watch any electronics in here they sometimes come to life” he said in a spooky voice. Suddenly his phone started floating around the room coming to life. Soon he grabbed it though after catching it “Ok little one out you come” he said to the phone making him look crazy at first. But soon enough a Rotom zipped out of the phone. “This is Thompson my rotom. He’s also a research hand but really he was causing so much choas around campus five years ago that we had to catch him and take him. He’s nice but gets into a lot of mischief “ he smiled.

[break]“Let’s see aw we also have Blake who is the Glaceon that’s sleeping, my kids named him that” he smiled “although he doesn’t battle he’s mostly here for companionship cause if you notice he’s missing a leg that’s cause he was caught in a trap years back so he doesn’t battle much cause it’s hard for him to” he said. Then he moved onto the Pokémon that he trains and battles with.

[break]“So this is my battle team” he said bringing some out of their pokeballs there was a Talonflame, scizor, leafanne, zangoose, and a mothim. “This is Carania, zorka, nana, Zane and Timmy. Those are the Pokémon I have” he smiled “if you ever need anything and can’t find me tell any of them to search and they will find me” he smiled. Then he went over to the computer while dancing his weird dance. “Let’s see here” he said talking out loud “aww there it is” he said typing. “So looks like you enrolled to be a trainer correct?” He said turning to her to confirm. Then he smiled petting dratini as he walked by the tiny dragon. He then got five pokeballs, three potions, badge case, and a pokedex. “Here you go This should be everything you need oh and your pokedex keeps track of how much pokedollars you have to spend here at school you automatically get 1600 when joining the school, you can get more by sailing items, battling trainers, and for prizes and special events” he said smiling. “Also you don’t have to nickname Scorbunny right away but when you do bring your pokedex here and I can update the information for you” he smiled.

SKYE F. HANTSONSkye followed the Professor around as he showed her his Pokemon. There was the Altaria named Cloud and a Hitmonchan named Moxie. She smiled to each of them and stroked Cloud's feathers. It was so soft! Then Acacia's phone floats up and zoomed around! He had a knowing smile like this happened all the time, then a Rotom zoomed out! She met several more Pokemon and each welcomed her with a smile. Then it was time to get her items. "Yes, I enrolled as a trainer." He gave her some items and she gently set them in her bag. She could organize all that later. He explained every item, which Skye was grateful for. "Okay, I think I understand mostly everything. But what do you mean when trainer battle you? Do people just come up to you to battle? Even if they don't know you?" That sounded kind of scary to her. He listened as she asked what he meant by when he battles. Then heard her ask if people challenged him “No nope that’s not it, what I mean is when someone graduates, to become a teacher they have to win a tournament with faculty staff in it me or the principal have to participate, then they also have to take their final exam which is battling one of us to graduate. Although some trainers think that it’s just fun to battle me. But mostly it’s for graduation perposes but let me tell ya something principal Lee is stronger than me I’m only the third strongest faculty member” he smiled.

”Techincly no but some trainers were raised to belelieve its a rule and will feel insulted if not challenged, but oftenly they will accept going on a Pokémon hunt with them instead of a battle.” He smiled as he answered her question. “But don’t worry everyone here is head to learn so I’m sure you will make some friends “ he smiled. “Oh and your not allowed to go up the mountain till your Pokémon are level 30-40 or higher or are a 3rd year because the Pokémon up there are stronger than others. We also have tunnels were you can possibly find treasure so feel free and explore I also looked it up and looks like you will be in dorm 6, currently you have no roommate but that could change, small Pokémon can stay in the rooms with you but large Pokémon have to sleep in their pokeballs or at the stables” he smiled explaining the last few instructions.
